Jerry is married to Arlene (Brodd) Johnson, a Wahoo native and they have 2 married Children, 5 wonderful grandchildren and all are living in Nebraska.

Jerry has served as a representative for the city of Wahoo for the past six years, as a member of the City Council and Mayor. He has been in the agriculture industry for the past forty-two years, and has fifteen years of experience assisting communities in Nebraska with Economic Development. Jerry has a passion for supporting small business, jobs and education that has led him to serve in a larger capacity.
